Every unit is carefully inspected, tested, and packaged before delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied, or if you encounter an issue with your device, our Return & Replacement Policy ensures a smooth and fair resolution.

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

Eligibility for Return:

Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from,

  • SnorOFF official website
  • Authorized distributors or clinics

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and medical safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened,

  • Mouthpiece
  • Used control units
  • Opened or damaged packaging

Condition for Acceptance:

  • Item must be in new, resalable condition.
  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty card, and packaging materials must be included.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, SnorOFF will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Eligible Situations for Replacement:

  1. Visible physical damage during shipment (must be reported within 24 hours).
  2. Malfunction during normal use within the warranty period (1 year).
  3. Missing components upon arrival (verified through unboxing proof).

Replacement Process:

  2. Provide order ID, date of purchase, and issue description.
  3. Our support team will verify your order details.
  4.  Ship the product (if requested) to our service center.
  5. Upon verification, a replacement unit will be dispatched.

REFUND POLICY

SnorOFF is a medical wellness device, and once opened or used, it cannot be restocked or resold due to hygiene and safety protocols.

Refunds are therefore limited to:

  • Order cancellations before shipment.
  • Duplicate payments.
  • Pre-approved cases of non-availability or manufacturing defect (verified).

WARRANTY TERMS

Warranty Coverage:
