Once you place an order on our website, our team begins processing it within 24–48 business hours.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
If we need any additional information such as address confirmation or payment verification we will reach out to you via phone or email.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability.
While most orders arrive on time, these are the general estimates,
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Tier 3 & remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions may affect the timelines. We will always try to update you if we expect a delay.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted logistics charges based on campaigns or order values.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you,
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS
- A tracking link
- Courier partner details
You can use the tracking link to follow your order’s journey until it reaches your address. If tracking information is delayed or not updated, please allow the courier 24 hours to refresh their system.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to reschedule or confirm the delivery location.
If the parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts, we will reship the order after reconnecting with you. Additional charges may apply depending on the situation.
6. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
We take packaging seriously, but if your order arrives in a damaged or tampered condition,
- Do not accept the package (if visible during delivery).
- Take clear photos of the damage.

- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are imposed by government authorities, not SnorOFF.
